Durrës, Albania
Welcome to Durrës, Albania’s largest seaport and one of the oldest cities on the Adriatic coast.
Founded in 627 BC by Corinthian settlers, Durrës is known as the “Eternal City of the Adriatic Sea”, offering nearly 3,000 years of history and culture.
Located only 34 km from Tirana, Durrës perfectly combines historical heritage with a lively seaside atmosphere.
Participants will enjoy cultural discovery, friendship, and celebration through music and dance — surrounded by beaches, ancient ruins, and Mediterranean charm.
Durrës is home to some of Albania’s most impressive cultural landmarks:
Roman Amphitheater of Emperor Hadrian – the second-largest in the Balkans, with 15,000 seats
Cultural Institutions – Aleksandar Moisiu Theater, Puppet Theater, and Philharmonic Orchestra
Museums and Monuments – Archaeological Museum, Royal Villa, and History Museum

Open to choirs, orchestras, folklore, and modern dance groups from all over the world
All ages welcome
Limited number of participants per festival term
Performances should be 10–12 minutes long (live music, CD, or USB)
Each group must bring a flag and a sign displaying their group name
Groups must use their own transport during the festival
A completed application form and 10% deposit are required to confirm participation
14:00 – Arrival in Durrës, hotel check-in, meeting with festival representatives
Free time for beach relaxation
18:00–20:00 – Dinner at the hotel
21:00 – Welcome reception for group leaders
07:30–10:00 – Breakfast
10:00–15:00 – Optional sightseeing tour of Durrës or free beach time
17:00–18:00 – Dinner at the hotel
19:00 – Ensemble parade and Official Festival Evening in Durrës city square

10:00–16:00 – Optional excursion to Krujë or free beach time

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program.
10% Deposit – required to secure participation (deducted from final payment)
20% Accommodation Booking Fee – due upon confirmation
Remaining balance – payable before arrival or upon agreement with organizers
Bank charges are the participant’s responsibility
Transportation, optional tours, and personal insurance are not included in the participation fee
Groups requiring visas must arrange them independently
Airport transfers are available for an additional cost
